Sub Contractors complete our scorable questionnaire which thoroughly reviews their performance and safety. Sub Contractors can then send their prequalifications to any General Contractor of their liking. The General Contractors then have the power to determine which Sub Contractors they would like to work with based on their prequalifications.
Bid Advertisement
Sub Contractors can quickly submit bids, including alternate bid amounts and bid documents. Once the bidding closes, the General Contractors can quickly determine the apparent lowest bidder for each Sub Contractor classification. General Contractors also have the ability to award bidders, and publish bidding results.
